DayProof — Tax residency day tracking for expats
DayProof is a web application for expats, digital nomads and cross-border workers who need to prove where they were and when. It automatically reads boarding passes, flight confirmations and itineraries from your inbox, counts your days per country for each calendar year, and exports an audit-ready PDF that tax authorities (HMRC, AEAT, OECD) accept as proof of physical presence.
What DayProof does
- Parses boarding passes, e-tickets and flight confirmations from your email or uploads.
- Builds a dated, year-by-year timeline of every trip you have taken.
- Counts your days per country and warns you when you approach the 183-day fiscal residency threshold.
- Generates a one-click PDF report with every boarding pass attached as documentary evidence.
How DayProof uses your Google account
DayProof uses Sign in with Google only to authenticate you (your name, email and profile picture). DayProof does not read, send or modify any email in your Gmail account, and does not access your Google Drive, Calendar or Contacts. You always remain in control and can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
